NAMAA Loyalty Rewards Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how customers can request deletion of a NAMAA Loyalty Rewards account and related personal data. These instructions apply to the NAMAA customer app and platform.
Delete your account in the NAMAA app
If you can access your account, open the NAMAA app and go to Settings, then Personal Details, then Review permanent account deletion. Follow the in-app confirmation steps to verify your identity and submit the deletion request.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@namaa.app from the email address linked to your NAMAA account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject line. We may ask for additional information only when needed to verify that you control the account.
What is deleted
When an account deletion request is verified and completed, NAMAA deletes or permanently de-identifies account profile data, login identity data, customer wallet records, reward activity, pending redemptions, support identifiers, and other personal data linked to the account where deletion is technically and legally available.
Limited retention
Some records may be retained when needed for legal compliance, dispute handling, security, fraud prevention, merchant accounting, tax, audit, or operational integrity. Where possible, retained records are minimized or de-identified so they are no longer tied to an active customer profile.
Timing
We process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Most customer-account deletion requests are handled within 30 days unless additional verification, legal review, or fraud-prevention review is required.
